We booked a premier room and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location is great as it is centrally located near shopping centers and stores. Additionally, it only takes about 10 minutes to drive to Tha Pae Gate. The restaurant at the hotel is also a wonderful bonus.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect - not too far from the old town and with a mall nearby where we could buy a local SIM card. We found the ambiance of the hotel to be in line with the Chiang Mai spirit, with art and design elements throughout. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, including helping with our laundry even though it's not a usual service. If we have the chance to visit Thailand again, we will definitely make a stop at this hotel.
